Our doors opened in May of 2001. Ever since we’ve been dedicated to providing comprehensive physical therapy services to the Fox Cities and surrounding area.

From the beginning, our goal at Peak Performance has been to help patients return to their normal lifestyles as quickly and safely as possible. Our president and founder, Kari Sturtevant, opened her own practice in order to have the time she felt necessary to assist patients in setting and achieving their physical goals.
