Kari Sturtevant, PT, OCS. Our compassionate, accomplished president. Genuine interest in seeing her patients realize their physical potential is her hallmark. Having her own practice affords Kari as much time with each patient as possible.
A graduate of Marquette University, Kari has an insatiable interest for innovation and scientific research, which supports her reputation as one of the area’s finest in her field.
As an athlete, Kari understands the impact injury and illness can have upon one’s physical and mental well-being. She’s particularly passionate about returning patients to a normal lifestyle… recreation, sports, work and activities of daily living. | more |

Bradley McMahon, PT. As an accomplished athlete in football and wrestling, Brad’s own rehabilitation journey after ACL reconstructive surgery has made him an empathetic and understanding practitioner.
Brad’s clinical work in orthopedic, neurological, and outpatient physical therapy is bolstered with an emphasis on the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries. Brad thrills at providing the level of individualized and comprehensive patient care that an independent practice like Peak allows.

Molly Bayer, Program Coordinator.  Molly ensures you get the most out of our Running Clinic and Sportsmetrics programs...the task-master you’d love to hate, if she weren’t so darn nice. So, it should come as no surprise, her favorite part of the job is working with patients...spending time with them, getting to know them...bearing witness to their progress.
Molly is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology-Pre Physical Therapy. An avid player and spectator of softball, volleyball, rollerblading and horseback riding, Molly knows what “getting back in the game” means to our patients.

Kathy Sturtevant, Office Manager.  Kathy enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, gardening, knitting and babysitting! But most of all, she enjoys helping people and revels in an atmosphere that allows her to do just that. Married with 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren, Kathy has all the experience necessary to run a tight ship. Call. Ask questions. From scheduling to billing, Kathy’s the go-to with answers!
