Running Clinic. Kari Sturtevant developed this unique program and oversees its implementation. Kari has participated in 13 continuing educational conferences pertaining to lower extremity biomechanics and injuries with courses taught by internationally respected researchers and practitioners. She has also worked as an educational assistant for a national lower extremity biomechanics course and is curent with scientifically valid research studies pertaining to running injuries and mechanics.
Additionally, Kari has presented at the Pace Setters and numerous Fox Cities Triathlon Club monthly meetings. She recently presented at Tri 101, a 3 hour informational session for those interested in triathlons, covering the topic of injury prevention in the endurance athlete.
Kari’s assistant, Molly Bayer, runs the Running Clinic twice a week on Modays and Wednesdays. Molly has her BS from UW Milwaukee in Kineseology.

• Physical Therapist Screen
• Assess flexibility, strength, stability
and coordination
• Video gait analysis
• Program is tailored to athlete according
to screen
• Exercises are performed in a small group
setting (fun and motivational) 2x/week
Each session includes:

• Plyometrics
• Trunk Stability
