Kari Sturtevant, PT, OCS. Our compassionate, accomplished president. Genuine interest in seeing her patients realize their physical potential is her hallmark. Having her own practice affords Kari as much time with each patient as possible.

A graduate of Marquette University, Kari has an insatiable interest for innovation and scientific research, which supports her reputation as one of the area’s finest in her field.

Kari Sturtevant, PT, OCS is a 1994 graduate of Marquette University's Program in Physical Therapy and one of 67 therapists in Wisconsin certified as a clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

This prestigious certification requires candidates to submit a thorough application and evidence of orthopaedic physical therapy experience. Once the application is accepted, the candidate must complete a rigorous written examination demonstrating specialized knowledge and advanced clinical proficiency in orthopaedic physical therapy. Kari earned her doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis in lower extremity mechanics from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Professionals in 2010.

Establishing close professional relationships is the hallmark of her practice. Physical assessments are thorough...Kari develops a treatment plan that addresses the true causes of the symptoms and closely monitors the effectiveness of the treatment sessions. Kari has participated in numerous running specific seminars across the US. She has been mentored by top PhD's in biomechanics who specialize in running gait. Her attention to detail and focus on the latest innovation and scientific research supports her reputation as one of the area's finest in her field.

As an accomplished athlete, Kari understands the impact that injury and illness can have upon one's physical and mental well-being. She has participated in countless half marathons and marathons across the country, finishing in the top 3% of 5,368 women finishers in the Philidephia Half Marathon in 2010. She is passionate in her desire to quickly return patients to their normal lifestyle...recreation, sports, work and activities of daily living.

Bradley McMahon, PT. As an accomplished athlete in football and wrestling, Brad’s own rehabilitation journey after ACL reconstructive surgery has made him an empathetic and understanding practitioner.

Brad’s clinical work in orthopedic, neurological, and outpatient physical therapy is bolstered with an emphasis on the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries. Bradley McMahon, PT graduated cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Biology from Carroll College in 2004. He continued on to earn his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2005.

Brad is a talented athlete who participated in wrestling as well as football at the highschool and college level. During his spare time, he coaches wrestling and makes it a priority to stay active. Brad’s personal experiences as an accomplished athlete in football and wrestling provide him with valuable insight to a patient’s needs. His own rehabilitation journey after ACL reconstructive surgery has made him an empathetic and understanding practitioner.

Brad’s clinical internships brought him experience in orthopedic, neurological, and outpatient physical therapy with an emphasis on the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries. After working in both hospital and medical center environments, Brad is excited to deliver the individualized and comprehensive patient care that an independent practice like Peak Performance allows. Brad believes strongly in patient education and involvement in their plan of care as a guideline for timely success and recovery. He looks forward to developing ongoing patient relationships.

A resident and native of Little Chute, Brad remains committed to local communities through his interests and volunteer work. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a volunteer for the Fox Cities Ice Dogs Hockey Team and the Little Chute High school wrestling team.

Molly Bouressa, DPT. Molly's interest in PT began in 2004 when she served as a student athletic trainer for the Lawrence University football team helping injured players rehabilitate and return to sport.

In addition, her varied experience playing varsity sports during her high school and college years (basketball, softball and volleyball) initiated her interest in speed, strength, and performance enhancement.

Since college, Molly has developed a passion for swimming, cycling and running. She has recently competed in several triathlon and duathlon races. Molly is excited about her new interest in racing and enjoys motivating others to give it a try! She is an active member of the Fox Cities Triathlon Club and a recent winner of the Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine Green Bay Duathlon.

Nikki Wetts, MPT. Nikki's love of all sports peaks her areas of interest to include sports medicine, and the service of orthopedic and neurologic injuries. She's committed to providing evidence based evaluation and treatment. Nikki has exercised her desire for continual learning throughout her career. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with Distinctive Scholastic Achievement from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2000. She continued on to earn her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. Nikki's areas of interest include sports medicine, and the service of orthopedic and neurologic injuries. She's committed to providing evidence based evaluation and treatment. Tracey Hein, Office Manager. Although her background includes working in art galleries, museums and community art centers, Tracey has sincerely enjoyed switching gears and supporting the team at Peak Performance as Office Manager. Her responsibilities involve billing, scheduling, outreach programming and overall administrative support. Tracey's interests include running, triathlons, skiing, reading, and the visual arts. Tracey enjoys all of these activities with her son, Ethan.

Denise Dietz, Administrative Assistant. If there were a supporting actress role at Peak Performance, it would go to Denise. She supports every aspect of Peak Performance from scheduling, marketing and guest relations to providing visibility at events, playing "catch" with patients and keeping the clinic stocked with necessary supplies. Denise also has an art background that provides her the opportunity to have her own photography business. She enjoys all visual arts, all sorts of music, being outdoors and artsy road trips - and even a run once in a while.
